The Psychometrics Forum Committee
The committee is keen to encourage all members to contribute to the activities of The Psychometrics Forum. We are particularly keen for members to identify contacts as future speakers, and to suggest topics for future meetings.

Chair

Xanthy Kallis CPsychol, AFBPsS. Chair of The Psychometrics Forum since 2009. Xanthy is a Chartered Occupational and Career Coaching Psychologist. She is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Westminster's Business School and also the Employability Champion for her department, Leadership and Development. She specializes in career coaching and has interests in the areas of Leadership and Group Dynamics, contributing to a Work Psychology text book on both subjects. She has over 15 years experience of working with groups (of varying levels of seniority) and developing effective team working.
Treasurer
Paul Papadopoulos BSc Accountancy Paul is Practice Accountant for a firm of London solicitors and is Treasurer for The Psychometrics Forum. He oversees our income and expenditure and prepares our accounts for annual audit.

Adrian Starkey, Chartered Psychologist, AFBPsS. Prior to forming Accelerating Talent Ltd. Adrian built his career within some of the leading UK and US based assessment and development organisations, holding the dubious distinction of having worked for ASE, OPP & SHL as well as DDI (twice). He has in-depth practitioner experience in the majority of the most widely used assessment tools - 16PF, MBTI, FIRO-B, OPQ, PAPI, Hogan & Saville Wave etc. His current interests include individual assessment and coaching, talent strategy consulting and the emerging applications of the field of neuropsychology to the world of work
Committee
Dr Hugh McCredie Retired practitioner now researching/writing on psychometrics. Longest-serving member and Vice-chair of TPF committee where he is the main contributor on constitutional matters. Initiator and organiser of the annual ‘New Frontiers in Psychometrics' event. Frequent contributor to Psyche and BPS Assessment & Development Matters.

Ann Rodrigues An early member of the 16PF Users Group in the late 1980s, Ann rejoined in 2005 and became Chair in 2007, overseeing the relaunch of the Group as The Psychometrics Forum in early 2009. After stepping down, she has remained a Committee member. She is a committed user of personality profiling as an executive coach, and previously in executive recruitment.

Nicholas Bennett a Chartered Psychologist, HCPC Registered Occupational Psychologist, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a Chartered Scientist, Principal Member of the Association of Business Psychologists. Interested in talent management and personal counselling, senior executive coaching, team development and organizational performance development, reward and recognition management including Non-Executive Directors. Also works as an expert witness in the High Court in the Financial Services Sector. Major profit centre experience as Head of a major US Consultancy for fourteen years, plus recent work with the Banking Sector and the development of the British Olympic bid senior team.

Harpal Dhatt is a proactive, creative, occupational psychologist entrepreneur working in the area of individual, team and organisational growth. She is CEO of Glow at Work, a business Psychology consultancy, specialising in human capital management with the aim of empowering people and transforming organisations. She has 10 years experience of working with people in organisations, in a developmental context. She is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS) and a working group member of the BPS Diversity & Inclusion at Work group. Lynne Hindmarch Independent business psychologist who has been attending TPF events for over twelve years, and on the committee for the last four. Her work includes executive coaching, both individual and team (she is accredited by APECS), coaching supervision, career counselling and assessment for selection. She contributes regularly to Psyche.

David Roberts MA, FCIPD, a founder member of the 16PF User Group, the forerunner of The Psychometrics Forum, formed in 1988. He has used a wide range of psychometric instruments for almost 30 years, in a blue chip company and also as an independent consultant. He was editor of Psyche from 1995 to 2009. He now splits his time between writing and keeping in touch with developments in psychology and, specifically, in psychometrics.

Raj Chopra Trainee Occupational Psychologist, Member, MBPsS. Raj has a degree in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University with a background in Clinical Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience. He has also completed an MSc in Occupational Psychology, with an interest in Organisational Culture and Personality. He works at Glow at work, training towards Chartership. As well as being a qualified Test User, he has created and grown a blog for TPF which has a global following, covering 6 continents.

Zorica Patel Chartered Occupational and Coaching Psychologist/Senior Lecturer at the Westminster Business School. Committee Member of the BPS Special Group in Coaching Psychology. Has an in-depth practitioner experience of 16PF and EBW psychometric tools. Contributed to Psyche. Currently working on her Professional Doctorate thesis - Talent Management Practices in Organisations.
Administrator
Caro Leitzell is the administrator for the group. She has been working in this role for several years alongside the committee and treasurer. The main tasks include : - website maintenance, general maintenance of the members and non-members databases - coordination of meetings, from sending out of invitations, collecting bookings and payments, issuing meeting documentation and receipts, liaising with the Naval Club (venue of meetings), providing committee with any administrative support required - taking general enquiries from members and non members - coordination of membership subscriptions - issuing Newsletters and any mailshots to members through the year.
