Lynne Hindmarch Independent Business Psychologist who has been attending TPF events for over twelve years, and on the committee for the last four. Her work includes executive coaching, both individual and team (she is accredited by APECS), coaching supervision, career counselling and assessment for selection. She contributes regularly to Psyche.
Aida Mujan, CPsychol., is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist accredited by the British Psychological Society and the Health and Care Professions Council. She is also working as a BPS Assessor and Supervisor of Stage 2 Qualification in Occupational Psychology. Aida has been a member of the Psychometrics Forum for over 6 years. Aida is founder of Esteem Consulting and has worked in business management for over a decade; utilising her academic study of occupational psychology to enhance staff performance and workplace organisation.

Tameron Chappell – Editor of Psyche The Newsletter of The Psychometrics Forum is a Chartered Psychologist, HCPC Registered Occupational Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the BPS, who specialises in team dynamics, senior leadership team and Board development, virtual teams and networks. Interested in diversity in its broadest interpretation in terms of personality and culture as well as gender and ethnicity and has worked as a coach, mentor and facilitator across a wide range of organisations and sectors. Currently working at Harvey Nash in their Executive Search team using psychometrics to support selection and development of senior executives and Boards, Tameron had been attending events for many years before she was co-opted onto the committee in 2014 to help establish a training offering for the members. To avoid any potential conflict of interest she left the committee for 12 months when she worked for a test publisher, but after a change of employer has returned to the committee and has taken over the role of Editor of Psyche.
Nicholas Bennett is a Chartered Psychologist, HCPC Registered Occupational Psychologist, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a Chartered Scientist, Principal Member of the Association of Business Psychologists. Interested in talent management and personal counselling, senior executive coaching, team development and organizational performance development, reward and recognition management including Non-Executive Directors. Previous work as an expert witness in the High Court, plus major profit centre experience as Head of a major US Consultancy for fourteen years.
Xanthy Kallis CPsychol, AFBPsS. Chair of The Psychometrics Forum since 2009. Xanthy is a Chartered Occupational and Career Coaching Psychologist. She is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Westminster’s Business School and also the Employability Champion for her department, Leadership and Development. She specializes in career coaching and has interests in the areas of Leadership and Group Dynamics, contributing to a Work Psychology text book on both subjects. She has over 15 years experience of working with groups (of varying levels of seniority) and developing effective team working.
Pavlos Stampoulidis CPsychol. TPF Blog Manager. Pavlos is a Chartered Psychologist with a strong research and statistical background. Currently Psychometric Solutions Director at Psycholate, he is involved in the design and development of software platforms and web-based applications for psychometric testing. Based in Athens, Pavlos is a regular traveller to the UK for business and to attend TPF Events.
Andrew West has been a member of TPF for many years and is a Chartered Psychologist and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. He worked with BAT as Head of Recruitment and Selection and then as their Personnel Operations Manager in the Far East. He was a Senior Advisor with the United Nations in New York and HR Director for Africa and the Near East with Johnson Wax. As a consultant, he is able to draw on his experience both as a senior HR professional and as a Chartered Psychologist to give clear, practical and jargon free advice to senior managers and HR practitioners. Assignments include mergers and acquisitions, assessment centre design, psychometric assessments and executive coaching for senior managers throughout the world.
Amandeep Kandola is new to the committee. She is a recent graduate in Business Management (Human Resources Management). She has a huge interest in psychometrics and personality. She is test user qualified in the Lumina Spark. She is currently our first mentee on our mentoring scheme.
Caro Leitzell is the administrator for the group. She has been working in this role for several years alongside the committee and treasurer. The main tasks include : – website maintenance, general maintenance of the members and non-members databases – coordination of meetings, from sending out of invitations, collecting bookings and payments, issuing meeting documentation and receipts, liaising with the Naval Club (venue of meetings), providing committee with any administrative support required – taking general enquiries from members and non members – coordination of membership subscriptions – issuing Newsletters and any mailshots to members through the year.
